LaunchDaemon not being called for mac Migrator script

Hello,
I am doing a JAMF - WS1 migration. The files were edited properly but when I build out the package a few things happen that are odd.

1. The DEPNotify.app needs to be in the Utilities folder in Applications. I had to make this folder prior to building. The reason this is called out is if the DEPNotify.app file is not there, then the script throws an error in the log saying its not in the proper location.
2. When using a custom move, the log says waiting for input but the menu.nomad.DEPNotify.plist file never creates in /Users/Shared/UserInput.plist. It is also without quotes.
