where to report bugs since salt became native vagrant provisioner? (and adding relevant hint into salty-vagrant README)

As issue #72 "Bundle salt provisioner with Vagrant" is now resolved (and salt became native Vagrant provisioner - the question is: Where to report bug since now?

I would expect to move to Vagrant repo.

If this is to happen, I would appreciate, if README get somewhere a note, stating, further development was moved to the Vagrant repo.

If, on the other hand, there is a process, which keeps updates inside of this repo to be regularly pushed into Vagrant repo, such and information would be also valuable (in the README).

I'm wondering this too. I have a fix for an issue and would like to know where to contribute.

The way that the plugin works in the vagrant core is different from the external plugin interface and since the code is different development is being continued in the core. I would direct your pull requests and issues at the provisioner in the core
