The CloudWatch MonitoringService doesn't implement the MonitoringService interface #49
Description
Describe the bug
I'd like to use CloudWatch metrics from the KCL. However, when I tried to, Go warned me that it doesn't actually work as a Monitoring Service. The only ones that implement the interface are the NoOp one and the Prometheus one.
Reproduction steps
Try to pass a CloudWatch Monitoring Service in the KCL options
Expected behavior
You can use CloudWatch for a monitoring service.
