Improve Onboarding to Clarity experience for new developers

As a developer who is new to clarity I need a guide from the start until my first working application.

When following the guide in the "Developing" section I can get my angular application created and the requirements added but it does take me hours to find out how to create the minimal clarity setup where I see something.

I had just started and I must say it was a terrible experience, I switched over to ant.design twice but came back because thatone is even worse.

Suggestion: Following the developing there should be a minimal example with no extra 3rd party requirements and a minimal header, sidebar and main content to get started.
