Update release creation workflows to provide release details #58
Description
Feature Request
Currently the releases just list what files and the image locations. We want to be able to provide some details on what changes are expected in the different releases. A change log/release notes if you will.
Additional context
We may need this for invokers, buildpacks and builder.
