Deploying from Remote Debug window results in multiple modal windows #391
Description
If you try to debug your app, but find it's not yet deployed or you want to deploy a new version, you may find yourself in a weird situation with stacked modals that looks something like this:
If you click "Cancel" or press escape now, both windows will close.
Or, if you do push your app, the debug window disappears anyway...
The remote debug window should either close immediately when you click "Push New App to Debug", or should not close if you cancel the push.
