Offline support

Issue/Feature Description:

Is it possible to run this, in an internet restricted environment.
Currently the installer, talks to Github, which is not allowed in all environments.

What type of Issue/Feature is this?

We have customers that want to use this, in internet restricted/offline environments.

@rhjensen79 Can you please specify which mechanism you are using to deploy VDO and which version?

@asifdxtreme so the current customer i have, is using OperatorHub on OpenShift.
I assume latest version (i can find out)

But i can't find any info on it working offline. So if you think, another deployment method (or version) should support this, then let me know, and we will test it.

@rhjensen79 Are you restricted to use VDO through OperatorHub or you can install it manually? If at all you are bond to deploy via operator hub then currently we don't have a mechanism to deploy vdo in air gapped env.

We will release a new version in OperatorHub soon, we can consider this requirement in the new version.

Let's asume there is no deployment restrictions.
Does any of the other deployment support offline, and which?

I cannot find this described anywhere (or how)
