Please update documents for CAPVCD, CPI, CSI examples to reflect the versions of those relevant releases

This link is for CAPVCD version 1.2, however it shows examples with old CAPVCD and TKG versions.
This documentation needs to be updated for all CAPVCD versions and examples.

Expected behavior

Doc must reflect the same versions as the branch. even in CLI, output, supported versions.
This is not only for CAPVCD, but must check all other versions - CPI, CSI for the same.
