Describe the bug
When the endpoints are not reachable, and the serializableReadChecker and linearizableReadChecker are actually failed, but they are still displayed as successfully in the report
Reproduction steps
Just run etcd-diagnosis report on a three member cluster (which has already stopped).
Expected behavior
The report should be correct.
