GOVC DVS policies

Hello,

Why are these params not implemented in dvs.change? Is there any way to change them for DVS using GOVC?

I see it in host.portgroup.change:

-allow-promiscuous= Allow promiscuous mode
-forged-transmits= Allow forged transmits
