Allow configuration of HTTP2 on HostRule #1615

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently we can only enable HTTP2 on AviInfraSetting, which is a cluster resource. This isn't granular enough to enable it on a few services without duplicating current AviInfraSetting for a HTTP2 variant.
Describe the solution you'd like
Configuration for port and enableSSL are currently on the HostRule. It would be great to also to configure enableHTTP2 here as well.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Duplicate all AviInfraSetting for a HTTP and HTTP2 variant.
