changes to repository location in photon

Changes to the default repository location in Photon

Photon has made changes to its default repository location from bintray.com to packages.vmware.com.
Users can follow either of the following methods to adapt this change.

1. Update photon-repos rpm to latest
   $ tdnf update photon-repos
2. Edit the .repo files under /etc/yum.repos.d to point to packages.vmware.com
   $ cd /etc/yum.repos.d
   $ sed -i 's/dl.bintray.com/vmware/packages.vmware.com/photon/$releasever/g' photon.repo photon-updates.repo photon-extras.repo photon-debuginfo.repo
