Missing REST API documentation

Describe the bug

While pmctl works great, the REST API, despite being so soundly announced:

photon-mgmtd is a high performance open-source, simple, and pluggable REST API gateway designed with stateless architecture.

is completely missing!

Reproduction steps

1. The USECASES.md file only shows a dozen examples for sysctl, group, and user.
2. All other endpoints are missing (e.g. network, firewall, package management, etc).

Expected behavior

A bare minimum description of the existing endpoints - or, alternatively, how to assume their path - and the syntax of the available API calls, would be very much appreciated.
