`avi_fileobject` does not expose argument(s) to actually upload a file

Describe the bug

When looking at the avi_fileobject resource, it takes a number of arguments, but none of them are to actually perform the upload of the file.

Reproduction steps

1. Attempt to utilize the avi_fileobject resource to perform a file upload

Expected behavior

Necessary resource arguments to perform a file upload

Additional context

Environment:

• Terraform v1.9.4
• terraform-provider-avi v30.2.2
• AVI 30.2.2
