LDAP destroy fails if a SSL certificate was imported automatically with auto_trust_certificate = true

The resources vcfa_provider_ldap and vcfa_org_ldap should have an extra argument, apart from auto_trust_certificate, to be able to delete the auto-trusted certificate on resource removal.
