Add support for compute policies

There is a feature unique to vSphere in VMC on AWS called Compute Policy. It's similar to affinity/anti-affinity rules you'd normally use, but not the same (see quote from official documentation below). Is it supported in vSphere Terraform provider? If not, is it possible to add it?

Affinity policies in your VMware Cloud on AWS SDDC are not the same as the vSphere DRS affinity rules you can create on premises. They can be used in many of the same ways, but have significant operational differences. A compute policy applies to all hosts in an SDDC, and cannot typically be enforced in the same way that a DRS "must" policy is enforced. The policy create/delete pages have more information about operational details for each policy type.

ℹ️ Compute policies are no longer only available in VMware Cloud on AWS. These policies are now supported, to a degree for vCLS, on-premises as of vSphere 7.0 Update 3.

At the time of this response, no 👍 reactions have been added to the original enhancement request description by @Nick-Andreev. As such, per the milestone assigned to the issue, this item remains in the backlog.
