getAviVroClient is returning void

Describe the bug

This happens in plugin 22.1.3 and I also tried 22.1.3.post3
NSX ALB version 22.1.2.
3 node VRA 8.8.1 cluster with embedded VRO.

When running the Edit Servers In Pool workflow I get the following error:
Error in (Dynamic Script Module name : updatePoolObj#33) Error while creating pool object : TypeError: Cannot call method "getAviVroClient" of null

The AVI controller is attached and the inventory is populated from ALB.

Reproduction steps

1. Run Edit Servers In Pool workflow
2. Update form
3. Submit

Expected behavior

Workflow should do the update.
