Create Virtual Service With IPAM error: Cannot call method "getAviVroClient" of undefined

Describe the bug

This happens in plugin 22.1.4
NSX ALB version 22.1.4
3 node VRA 8.10 cluster with embedded VRO.

When running the Create Virtual Service With IPAM workflow I get the following error:
Error when create vsVip -> TypeError: Cannot call method "getAviVroClient" of undefined (Dynamic Script Module name : createIPAMVsVIPObj#147)

The AVI controller is attached and the inventory is populated from ALB.

Please help me!

Reproduction steps

1.Run Create Virtual Service With IPAM workflow
2.Update form
3.Submit
...

Expected behavior

Workflow should do the update.
