Requesting help packing OpenXR-SDK https://github.com/KhronosGroup/OpenXR-SDK

This along with openvr (https://github.com/ValveSoftware/openvr) are necessary for xrdesktop (https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/xrdesktop/xrdesktop)

The reason for this is that xrdesktop's changes will probably be eventually upstreamed for KDE and Gnome. I can confirm that all of these build locally but openvr will likely require patches because Valve's repo doesn't match their internal Perforce repo. patches can probably be created from this diff (ValveSoftware/openvr@74435b1)
