No, since the official released version is 2.7.10 from March 2025.

Expected behaviour

The program should accept keyboard inputs and apply dark theme as before.

Actual behaviour

Since KeepassXC version 2.7.10_3, I can no longer enter text into the text fields. It looks as if keyboard input is no longer being accepted. In addition, the dark theme is no longer being applied; the application remains in light theme mode even though it is set to automatic and Plasma Desktop runs on Breeze Dark.

I am using KDE Plasma 6.4.5 with Wayland.

However, the problem only occurs in a Wayland session. When I switch to an X11 session, the program works perfectly.

Steps to reproduce

1. Update KeepassXC to Version 2.7.10_3
2. Run it on a KDE Plasma 6.4.5 Wayland Session

Can be resolved by installing qt5-wayland.
The package was probably removed in a recent transaction.
I'm for adding qt5-wayland as a dependency to keepassxc for the moment, until the qt6 transition PR has been merged:
keepassxreboot/keepassxc#11651

keepassxc without qt5-wayland is broken.

qt5-wayland is documented in the handbook as an optional dependency for wayland users. it shouldn't be a dependency on specific packages
