Subject: [PATCH] Update modelCapabilities.ts

Changelog:
- Disabled the following deprecated models:
     - qwen-qwq-32b
     - qwen-2.5-coder-32b

- Added the following models:
     - qwen3-32b

I have no clue how this works anymore we used to just be able to update names and it would import the LLM list. I'm sure this is correct but if there is some other module I need to change I guess someone will tell me.
