Description:
We are facing an issue where VoIPmonitor GUI does not display RTP graphs for calls, even though spool data is present and actively being written.
Environment:
VoIPmonitor version: 2026.03.1
Deployment: Distributed (remote sniffers → central server)
Central server handles:
Database
Spool
GUI
OS: Linux (Ubuntu/Debian)
VoIPmonitor service runs as: root
Web server (Apache) runs as: www-data
Configuration:
spooldir = /data/voipmonitor
Remote sniffers use server_destination (packet forwarding)
GUI is configured to use the same spool directory
Observed Behavior:
Calls are visible in GUI with SIP and RTP statistics
However:
RTP graph is missing
GUI shows: "Graph is not available"
Message: "Data not yet written to disk. Try reload again later."
Popup error: "missing calldate"
