Problem:
Currently, users can only see the full YAML of a job when clicking on it. There is no quick summary view that highlights key job information such as name, namespace, queue, and status.

Solution:
Add a toggle inside the JobDialog component to switch between:

• Summary View: Displays key information including:

  • Job name
  • Namespace
  • Queue
  • Status
  • Start & completion time (if available)

• YAML View: Displays the full job YAML.
