Box select tool broken in profile mode #14
Description
Couldn't select a box in trajectory in TS_profiles mode, output appeared just blank.
pandas.errors.IndexingError: Unalignable boolean Series provided as indexer (index of the boolean Series and of the indexed object do not match).
Broken with most recent push I believe.
