Right click to open reploy hot menu

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Hard to say whether its a bug or not, but ideally right clicking on any comment opens the reply menu right next to the mouse instead of that menu just showing to the right of the comment.

Currently right click menu just shows the web style menu with inspect and other writing tools etc..
