Double click on window title bar doesn't restore windows size / maximize the window

Describe the bug
Just like the title, double click on window title bar doesn't restore window size / maximize the window

To Reproduce
Just open the app and double click on windows title

Expected behavior
Windows size restore to the size before maximize or maximize window to fill the screen
