Issue when trying to render bounding boxes on frames that do not start from beginning of video

This is very strange but I think I'm able to rule this out as a console issue.
It seems that this video has frame objects that start at 122 or so. The json is loading correctly (which is why I think I can rule out a console issue), and the video, when loaded, buffers to about 3/4 of the way through the video (I'm assuming this is so that it starts at the first detected object?). The first frame of the video has no objects, though - and this may be the culprit. @kevinqi34 @MikeJeffers do you guys have any insight into what's going on here?

Seems to be getting the correct frame rate

If the original video has a frame rate > 30, the labels will not line up correctly when viewing the output in the console. This needs to be addressed by the vision team

This is immediately after starting the video, notice the frame number in the top-left.
The JSON frame attributes start at 112.
Sounds like a frame_rate issue, but the frame rate is being pulled from the job request status, which is directly being pulled from the video (I believe)

I'm not sure how pressing this is because I don't know how many people are uploading videos with > 30 fps frame rates but it seems like a medium-high pri issue
