Metadata version lists need to be updated

The version lists in the metadata JSON are out of date, and need to be updated.

I can personally verify that it works on RHEL 8 and Debian 10/11, as those are the only two remaining platforms I'm personally using it on.

List has been updated as of #104, probably needs testing with more modern Ubuntu versions. Module dependencies probably still need a check over as well.
