Is `schedule` a valid attribute instead?

In puppet-openvpn, an exec that is parts of a schedule resource is flags by this check:

I would think that is not correct because using schedule likely means you know it should run more than once. Should the schedule attribute be added to EXEC_IDEMPOTENCY_ATTRIBUTES?
