Tables doesn't start sometimes with Start button - Tournament file-Pinmame connection error

After a completely new install (baller latest + manual update) the tables will not start after credit is entered.
When I press the Start button, it throws an error message "Tournament file export requires a valid DMD script connection to PinMame via 'UseVPM(colored)DMD=True' and does not start the game.
If I close and restart vpx and then reload the table, it starts and runs properly, then on the next launch it throws the error again.
I tried to delete the cfg and nvram files, it works only for the first start and the next time the error appears again.
I tried to switch back to vpm 3.6 final but it was the same.
If I unlock the table, only the text disappears, and the Start simple doesn't works without any error message.

I noticed that issue when I tried to set the POV in the F12 menu. Start button didn't worked and I couldn't save the settings.

I use Windows 11, VPX 10.8 Final (2051) GL 64bit, VPM 3.7 rev47, b2s 2.1.3 and freezy 2.3.1.
When I update the VPM, I'm always update the Pinmame and the Pinmame32 too.
This issue only on my laptop, my cab (Win10 pc) is works perfect.
