Please add option to turn off all notifications and errors in editor

I use Obsidian a lot with bad internet connection or even without it. It's very distracting to use it with LiveSync when warning window shows on top of the screen and multiple errors popping up below (even with disabled logging and every notification option turned off). And the red warning window thingy won't go off, it's like always there. I'm kindly asking you to add toggle option that will silence any notification in editor

Plus one on this request. The recent addition of the "Network is offline" banner re-opens, in my mind, the problem described in #699: for those spending a long amount of time offline / with bad internet connection, Livesync can be noisy and distracting.

I added a comment a the bottom of that issue in December, but I don't have permissions to re-open it.

My config syncs content when I am on my LAN but offline when I am away from home. An option to dismiss / toggle the banner off / only show icon would be wonderful
