Organization Request

Describe the bug
After version 1.4.0, we have a problem to send new organization request, all of the emails we tried get an error of duplicated check.
We back to the version 1.3.0, and now it works again

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://stella2--hermespardini.myvtex.com/organization-request'
2. Send the form
3. See error

Expected behavior
Only get duplicated email error, when the email already exist
