My Cards form is broken

Describe the bug
We can't complete the inputs on the iPad (768x1024) and Ipad pro (1024x1366). We have to click under them to focus.

To Reproduce

1. Open Chrome
2. Choose Ipad or Ipad pro
3. Login and go to My Account
4. Go to My Cards
5. Try to fill the form.

The problem occurs at all inputs, including the address area.
