Support for InStore

Support for InStore is not fully implemented

Expected Behavior

When on InStore environment:

• orders should have links for Nota Fiscal
• Header component should have an extra button to start a new purchase
• The OrderPlaced app has to "know" that it is being executed in InStore environment
• CTA should behave differently, printing for example

Current Behavior

Currently, the OrderPlaced app does not know that is being executed in InStore environment and the CTAs are placeholders when dealing with orders that have takeaway items.

Possible Solution

Team-up with the InStore team to decide what should they expect and what they want to inject into the OrderPlaced app.
