Unhandled exception when running `vtex link` (similar to issue #1241)

I recently followed the instructions from this repository: example-payment-authorization-app to create a new PaymentApp.

However, when I reached step 2, item 5, and attempted to run the vtex link command, I encountered an unhandled exception. The error message is as follows:

Additionally, I noticed that a similar issue has already been reported by another user @ristokekovic in issue #1241.

More context: I'm encountering this issue with a new payment app that hasn't been associated with a Payment Provider Protocol (PPP) yet. While I'm not certain if this is the root cause, It should create the ReactJS scripts anyway.

In older payment app that already has associated a PPP, works perfectly.
