Steps to reproduce

time-range-picker 长度较长时 选完俩个时间 此时鼠标焦点处于别处后 点击time-picker后一个下拉的弹框会显示在time-picker的第一个时间下方
官方https://www.antdv.com/components/time-picker-cn 第二个例子将picker的长度（width）拉到100%即可复现

What is expected?

timerangepicker设置完时间后，再次点击第二个时间 下拉框应该在第二个时间下方
