Changing the locale with steps structure resets to step one and freezes

Reproduction

It can be reproduced on the Vueform Builder demo page (https://builder.vueform.com/demo)

Describe the bug

1- Add steps structure
2- Create 2 or more steps
3- Be on step 2 or higher
4- Change the locale

You will notice that you are now on step 1 and you cannot switch to the other steps

Additional context

Provided are screenshots using the Builder demo, the first one being on step 2 with the default English locale, and the second one being on step 1 after the locale was switched

Thanks for reporting the issue and providing screenshots—very helpful.

However I notice that it switches back to the first step, but not that it freezes. Do you have a more specific repro in which you experience the freeze?

I apologize if the freezing part was vague, I was trying to explain that the switching between the steps stops working. If you check the second screenshot, you can notice that the circles and labels of the steps 2 and 3 are greyed out, and when I try to click on them nothing happens
