Prune inactive or abandoned state managment projects

Hi, I did not see much in the way of pruning in your contributor guidelines, so I am not sure your how you all handle this. I was looking for a more up-to-date state management tool over vuex and found the majority of state management projects in this repo abandoned or very inactive. I grabbed a list of projects and the dates of their last uploads that had no activity for more than about 2 years and archive status or dead links. If you count by 18 months I think there are a few more.
