issues

• When starting to use Toggle Component Inspector and choosing a button-like a element, it will trigger the URL change.
• When using Toggle Component Inspector, the UI of the tooltip should be enhanced for better DX.
  • more appropriate position
  • no unexpected blanks
  • when the render components are generated by other site generators, such as Vitepress, the components' names are resolved with node_modules and often too long
