LTS version doesnt have refresh button?

@alexzhang1030 It works in a way, but it seems very clunky to use, for example I have an app, I update UI, I go and check pinia store, it didn't update the values, I need to go back in devtools and press refresh page, go back to pinia. In legacy extension, it would just refresh it and I could see new values immediately.
