Hot reload (shift f5) keeps opening overview

Problem occured since removing and reinstalling vue devtools

Once I reload my page with shift f5 it keeps opening the overview instead of landing on the Components, Not sure if this is a bug or not but it sure is annoying me. would it be an idea to skip the unselected tabs when loading the page and just land on the tab which is actually selected (so in my screenshot I would land at the 'Components' instead of landing at my 'Overview'
