Is there the programmatic API available for "vue-tsc"?

I am asking this question after has not been answered in Stack Overflow even with bounty.

I have not found any documentation about programmatic API of "vue-tsc".
Is it available?

In my case, I don't need the output to console.
I need the JSON output similar to normal TypeScript compiler:

Currently it is just a CLI command, you can create a feature issue for it.
