How do you change the base?

According to the documentation, to change the base route for a project, I should just be able to pass a history property on the object passed to createRouter. Like so:

  history: createWebHistory(import.meta.env.BASE_URL),

    {

      name: 'home',

    },
    {
      path: '/about',
      name: 'about',

      // this generates a separate chunk (About.[hash].js) for this route
      // which is lazy-loaded when the route is visited.
      component: () => import('../views/AboutView.vue')
    }
  ]
})

However, this is not working in my project using CRXJS. The base URL (e.g. what triggers the HomeView) is not my actual BASE_URL.
