Timing for the next release

I notice there hasn't been a new release in a little over a year. Are there plans for a new version soon?

I ask because #2507 is biting us (monorepo with both Vue2 and Vue3 frontends), and this was fixed back in September (but not yet released) #2511.

We were waiting for Vue v3.6 to release a new version but yes, it's been a while.

@lmiller1990 maybe you have time to cut a release in the meantime?

Does it make sense to bring pkg.pr.new continuous releases to this repository? Looks like it is fairly well adopted across the Vue eco system, most notably in core and router.

Happy to shoot a PR your way, as long as there is somebody around who can install the needed app to the repository.

Hey everyone, I've reached to the rest of the Vue team to check if somebody else than Lachlan has the rights to publish a release on NPM (I don't).
