Most images don't get compiled to the actual site build, with a 500kb chunk limit error

I am trying to compile my website, but unfortunately, I get this error, and not all of my assets are compiled:

Here is the site, for testing purposes:

Most notably, 75% of the traffic light images are not included in the build. Why?
