Suggestion: Integration of Neostandard

Hi everyone,

I remember that in a previous version of the project, eslint-config-standard was used, which implemented the JavaScript Standard Style. It was later removed because it wasn't compatible with ESLint 9.

It might be interesting to consider integrating neostandard,, which presents itself as the spiritual successor to StandardJS and offers full compatibility with ESLint 9 thanks to the new flat configuration system.

I don't think we should integrate neostandard directly, even though the idea of having a shared standard is appealing.
The current Vuetify config already includes almost the same plugins, except for the imports plugin (we use import-lite) and without the promise/react ones
