Windows installer problems

The 386 Windows installer gets flagged by Norton Antivirus as bad and is removed.

The AMD64 installer doesn't do anything when I run it.

Hi @hspindel, this is a command line application. You should execute it with something like Windows Terminal using PowerShell or CMD directly on Windows.
