[Bug]: unable to create task stuck with name untilted

Describe the bug

no matter what ai i use gemini costom openai it says it might take time freezes nothing happens then when i rename a new tab no tasks named untitled

finish setup set new password use

Right now impossible to rename exist provider, it's a bug from UI side which allow you to rename it because flows linked to providers via provider name...

Please, try to rename provider back and remove it if no longer needed you

i tried this outside a vm and still get it without configuring providers etc

same issue without naming providers its stuck at the flow is starting
