ERA CONNECT FREEMIUM LICENSE
Version 1.0 – July 2025

This software, originally known as VENOM, is now part of the ERA CONNECT™ platform, owned and maintained by VYNECT™.

By using this software, you agree to the following terms:

1. LICENSE GRANT
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this software for **personal or non-commercial** purposes, free of charge.

2. RESTRICTIONS
- You may NOT use this software for **commercial purposes** unless you purchase a valid **ERA CONNECT PRO** license from VYNECT™.
- You may NOT modify, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works of this software without explicit written permission from VYNECT™.
- You may NOT remove, obscure, or alter any trademark, copyright, or license notices.

3. LIMITATIONS
The free version ("Freemium") is limited in features, usage, and scalability. To access full features, commercial rights, multi-session capabilities, or enterprise support, you must acquire the **ERA CONNECT PRO** license.

4. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
This software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. VYNECT™ is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this software.

5. TERMINATION
VYNECT™ reserves the right to terminate your access or license at any time if these terms are violated.
