[Feature Request] App based whitelist/blacklist

### Overview

What do I want?
I get too many media files on WhatsApp. I don't want to move them anywhere. I need a way to disable WhatsApp file notifications.

I'm not sure if it's possible to detect such a thing, so please feel to close this issue in that case.
